Connecticut Street is one of the short industrial streets that hang off Depot Road, out past the Whitesell and Cabot Boulevard side of Hayward. If you have ever driven the airport side of town or cut across toward the San Mateo Bridge, you have passed within about a mile of the door.
Highway 92 passes less than a mile to the south and I-880 runs about two miles east, and both feed Industrial Boulevard and Depot Road, so the last leg stays clear of downtown traffic.
